Partner Network Announcement

Ever since we first released TinyMCE getting time to follow up on all support has been a huge resource issue for our company. Splitting our time between TinyMCE pure development, other projects and support is not easy for a small company.

Today we are taking a step towards providing better support for anyone using TinyMCE through our newly created Partner Network. Becoming a partner will allow you to sublicense TinyMCE in any form of custom license you wish as well as provide support for TinyMCE. Of course, to become a partner you will need to have quite a good understanding of how TinyMCE works so not just anyone can become a partner.

The first partner we have signed up is Ephox, they have very good knowledge of WYSIWYG editing and the company has offices around the world, they will be able to provide premium support for our clients. Their developers and support personnel is directly connected to us, they will act as a filter for most support requests and pass on those that require action from us at Moxiecode Systems.

Ephox will be offering Enterprise solutions for clients that are not satisfied with the LGPL license and need more support than our community can provide, with guaranteed turn around times at any time of the day. Visit their site for Ephox Enterprise TinyMCE information.

Handing over these parts to our partners will allow us to focus more on development of TinyMCE and continue to provide high quality open source code for the TinyMCE project.
